- 1. How to register?

- - Please provide the following information when registering
- • Course name and date
- • Amadeus Office ID (or Company name)
- • Participant’s name in English (First Name & Last Name)
- • Telephone number (Office and Mobile) and email
- • Apply for the training at least 1 week before the training day
- 2. Qualification & Condition
- - Each class limits only 2 employees per travel agency.
- - Permanent employees who work for travel agency.
- - Amadeus E-Certificate will be issued under the participant’s name along with
- the name of the travel agency.
- - Courses are complimentary for travel agency.
- - Participants must be able to use computer and type both in Thai and English.
- - Basic knowledge of English and computer is required for participants.
- - The training materials (handbook) in soft file format will be sent to the participants via registered email before the training day. If agents need to use a hard copy, please print the document in advance by yourself.

- 4. Cancellation Policy
- - Cancellation must be informed at least 3 days prior to the class starts in order to facilitate
- other agents to replace.
- - In case of absence without notice, you will be recorded as “NO SHOW” in Training
- Registration System and result in late consideration for your class request in the future.
- 5. E-Certificate Issuance Condition
- - E-Certificate will be only presented to the participants whose attendance is at least 80%.
