Description:

Error นี้เกิดเมื่อเอเย่นต์พยายามใช้คำสั่ง ER (End Transaction) ดังตัวอย่างด้านล่าง

สาเหตุของปัญหานี้ เกิดจากมี Sign in อื่นทำการ Modify PNR และได้ใช้คำสั่ง >RF………;ER ไปแล้วก่อนหน้านี้ ดังนั้นจึงทำให้เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถที่จะทำการใช้คำสั่ง >RF………;ER (End Transaction) ซ้ำได้

Solution:

ให้เอเย่นต์ทำการแก้ไข ดังนี้

1. ให้ใช้คำสั่ง >IR แล้วระบบจะโชว์ PNR ขึ้นมาอีกครั้ง

2. ให้ทำการตรวจสอบดูว่า มีสิ่งใดอัพเดทเข้ามาที่ PNR ของเอเย่นต์หรือไม่

3. หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการตรวจสอบ ถ้ายังต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไข PNR อยู่ ให้เอเย่นต์ทำการแก้ไข PNR ใหม่อีกครั้งหนึ่งให้เรียบร้อย แล้วจึงจะสามารถใช้คำสั่ง >RF………;ER ได้
