เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถ Reissue บัตรโดยสารของสายการบิน EK เส้นทาง BKKJFK โดยได้รับ Error Message ดังทีแสดงตามด้านล่าง

Solution:

Display TST และ Fare Calculation เพื่อตรวจสอบ พบว่ามีการเก็บ Additional XF Tax เพิ่ม 5 บาท แต่ใน Fare Calculation กลับไม่ได้ใส่เมืองที่เก็บ XF Tax เพิ่มนี้ลงไป มีเพียงแต่ Original XF Tax ที่มีการจ่ายไปแล้วเท่านั้น

อัพเดท Fare Calculation โดยระบุเมืองที่เก็บ XF Tax เพิ่มลงไป คำสั่งเป็นดังนี้

หลังจากอัพเดทแล้วจะเห็นว่าใน Fare Calculation จะมีเมืองที่เก็บ XF Tax อยู่สองตำแหน่ง XF JFK4.5 ตัวแรก เป็นของ Additional XF Tax 5 บาท ส่วน PD XF JFK4.5 เป็นของ Old XF Tax 135 บาท ที่จ่ายไปแล้วจาก Original Ticket  หลังจากนั้นเอเย่นต์จะออกบัตรโดยสารได้ตามปกติ
