Solution:

ตรวจสอบจาก PNR พบว่า บัตรโดยสารดังกล่าวออกบน Office ID เดิมคือ UBPTG2102 ซึ่งยังไม่ได้ Migrate เป็น Domestic TG ET-Direct (UBPIQ3403)

กรณีนี้ การบินไทยขอให้เอเย่นต์ทำ Refund ตั๋วตรงกับทางการบินไทยได้เลย หากตั๋วยังไม่ได้ถูกเปลี่ยน Status เป็น R

แต่หากเอเย่นต์ได้ทำการเปลี่ยน Status ของตั๋วเป็น R เรียบร้อยแล้วก่อนการ Migrate เอเย่นต์ต้องทำการ JUM กลับไปเป็น Office ID ที่ออกตั๋วเพื่อทำ Refund
