กรณีที่เอเย่นต์ Price ราคาแบบ Nego Fare แต่ไม่สามารถออกบัตรโดยสารได้ โดยได้รับข้อความ Error Message ตามด้านล่าง

Solution:
สาเหตุที่ออกบัตรโดยสารไม่ได้เนื่องจากสายการบินโหลดราคา Net Fare กับ Publish Fare เท่ากัน ตรวจสอบได้โดยคำสั่ง TQT และ TQN

จาก TQN จะเห็นได้ว่า P (Published Fare) และ N (Net fare) มีราคาเท่ากัน คือ 42885

การแก้ไขทำได้โดยลบหน้ากากตั๋วเดิม และสร้างหน้ากากตั๋วใหม่แบบ Manual ซึ่งเอเย่นต์จำเป็นต้องติดต่อสายการบินเพื่อขออนุญาต อีกทั้งเพื่อตรวจสอบราคาหน้าตั๋วและราคาขายที่แท้จริงอีกครั้งหนึ่ง
