สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆ Agent TG1A เดือนนี้เรามีเรื่องเก่ามาเล่าใหม่ค่ะ

สำหรับเพื่อนๆ ที่ทราบเรื่องนี้อยู่แล้วอาจจะน่าเบื่อซักหน่อยนะค่ะ แต่ถือซะว่าเป็นการปัดฝุ่นก็แล้วกันค่ะ

หลายๆ ท่านคงจะคุ้นเคยกับคำสั่ง FXP/R,VC-XX (validating carrier) กันแล้วนะค่ะ

ที่นี้เรามาดูว่ามันสำคัญกับเรายังไงบ้าง

1. เป็นการกำหนด Validating Carrier เพื่อให้ System Check และคำนวน Passenger Facilities Charge (PFC) and Fuel Surcharge ได้อย่างถูกต้อง

2. System จะ Automatically add FV element in PNR

 

*** ในกรณีที่ ทำการ pricing โดยไม่ระบุ Option Validating Carrier System จะเลือก Validating ให้จากสายการบินที่บินใน First Sector ของการเดินทางหรือสายการบินที่ข้าม Area, Sub Area หรือ ข้ามมหาสมุทร ***

ดังตัวอย่าง PNR ต่อไปนี้ เราจะเห็นว่ามีหลายๆ Airlines นะค่ะ ถ้าดูง่ายๆ ตามกฏ IATA เราก็น่าจะใช้ Plate SQ ใช่มั้ยค่ะ

ทีนี้เราก็ Pricing เลยค่ะ โดยใช้คำสั่งที่คุ้นเคยคือ >FXP System Responds ตามด้านล่าง

 

สมมติว่าเราดู Fare no.2 >FQQ2 จะได้หน้าตั๋ว 120,470.- ให้สังเกตุกรอบสีแดงนะค่ะ

แต่ System มี Warning “TICKET STOCL RESTRICTION VALIDATING CARRIER CZ” ซึ่งตรงนี้สำคัญมากๆ ค่ะ หมายความว่าถ้าจะใช้ Fare นี้ ต้องใช้ Plate CZ ถ้า Agent Apply IATA Rule และใช้ Plate SQ จะโดน ADM แน่นอนค่ะ ดังนั้นถ้า Agent จะใช้ Plate SQ ต้องทำการ Pricing Fare โดยใช้คำสั่ง >FXP/B2,3,6,7,8,9/R,VC-SQ หรือถ้าจะใช้ Plate CZ ก็ต้องระบุ Validating เป็น CZ ค่ะ

ที่นี้เราลองมาดูกันนะค่ะว่าถ้าเราระบุ Validating Carrier เป็น SQ จะได้ราคาเท่าใหร่

เราจะได้ราคาที่ 140,280.-

โอ้โห ! เพื่อนๆ เห็นมั้ยค่ะว่า ราคาต่างกันตั้ง 19,810.-

และ Fare ที่เราเห็นนี้ เพื่อนๆ สามารถใช้ Plate SQ ได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องกลัว ADM ค่ะ

เห็นมั้ยค่ะว่า R,VC-XX (XX = Airline Code) มีความสำคัญกับพวกเรามากจริงๆ
