Solution:

หน้า PNR

หน้า TST

จากการตรวจสอบในหน้า TST ก็ไม่พบข้อผิดพลาด นอกจากนั้นจะเห็นได้ว่า เอเย่นต์ได้ทำการ JUM IN หรือ Remote ไปที่ Office ID ของ TG ET-Direct ถูกต้องเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ก็ยังไม่สามารถออกตั๋วได้

สาเหตุเนื่องมาจาก การ JUM IN เข้า Office ID ของ TG ET-Direct ของเอเย่นต์ ไม่สมบูรณ์ จึงทำให้เกิด Error ดังกล่าว

ให้เอเย่นต์ทำการ JUM OUT (JUO-…Password ของ BSP Office ID...) เพื่อออกจาก TG ET-Direct ก่อน และให้ทำการ JUM IN หรือ Remote ไปที่ Office ID ของ TG ET-Direct ใหม่อีกครั้ง จึงสามารถออกตั๋วได้ตามปกติ
