Solution:

เอเย่นต์ต้องการออกบัตรโดยสาร 9W ตาม PNR ทางด้านล่าง

ตรวจสอบหน้ากากตั๋ว (TST) พบว่าเอเย่นต์ต้องการออกตั๋วที่เป็นราคา Net Fare สังเกตุได้จากการใส่ FPNR+CASH/Net Fare

หากดูให้ดีๆ จะพบได้ว่าเอเย่นต์ได้ทำการใส่ราคา Net Fare (35710) สูงกว่าราคา Grand Total (30640) ซึ่งในความเป็นจริงแล้ว เป็นไปไม่ได้ที่ Net Fare จะสูงกว่า Grand Total จึงเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิด Error ดังกล่าว

วิธีแก้ไข คือ ให้เอเย่นต์ทำการตรวจสอบและแก้ไขราคา Net Fare ให้ถูกต้อง จึงจะสามารถออกบัตรโดยสารได้ตามปกติ
