Solution:

จากการตรวจสอบพบว่า เอเย่นต์สร้าง PNR นี้บน Training Mode ซึ่งถ้าเอเย่นต์ Sign In เป็น Training Mode ก็จะสามารถดึง PNR นี้ได้ตามปกติ แต่ ณ ขณะที่ดึง PNR ดังกล่าว เอเย่นต์ Sign In อยู่บน Production Mode จึงทำให้ขึ้น Error ดังกล่าว

(คำสั่ง Sign In บน Training คือใช้ JJ แทน JI เช่น JJ1234AA-….password….)

PNR ที่ถูกสร้างบน Training Mode จะมี *TRN* อยู่ด้านล่างสุดของ PNR ด้วย

ข้อแนะนำ:

เอเย่นต์สามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่า ณ ปัจจุบัน ได้ Sign In อยู่บน Training Mode หรือ Production Mode โดยการใช้คำสั่ง JD จากตัวอย่างด้านล่าง เอเย่นต์ Sign In อยู่บน Production สังเกตุจากตรง MOD ถ้าเป็น PRD คือ Production แต่ถ้าเป็น TRN คือ Training

หมายเหตุ:

เอเย่นต์ต้องสร้าง PNR ใหม่บน Production Mode เท่านั้น เพราะไม่มีคำสั่งใดๆ ในการโอน PNR จาก Training Mode มาสู่ Production Mode
