เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถพิมพ์รายงานการขาย (Daily Sale Report) ของบัตรโดยสารการบินไทยภายในประเทศได้

Solution:

สาเหตุเกิดจาก Stock ของ Sale Report บัตรโดยสารภายในประเทศหมด ซึ่งเอเย่นต์สามารถตรวจสอบได้โดยใช้คำสั่งด้านล่างในหน้า Royal (1TG//)

คำสั่งที่ใช้: CS*National Office ID

จะเห็นว่า Left Stock เหลือ 0 จึงทำให้ไม่สามารถพิมพ์ได้ และเกิดข้อความ Error ดังกล่าว

 

วิธีการ Add Stock Domestic Ticket Sale Report

ตัวแทนจำหน่ายสามารถเพิ่ม Stock ได้เองโดยใช้คำสั่งดังนี้
