เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถทำการ Split Group PNR ได้ ขึ้น Error ตามตัวอย่างด้านล่าง

หน้า PNR มีจำนวนทั้งหมด 65 ที่นั่ง

เอเย่นต์ต้องการเอาออกให้เหลือ 52 ที่นั่ง แต่ทำไม่ได้เนื่องจากมี Error ขึ้นดังภาพข้างล่าง

Solution:

สาเหตุเกิดจาก ระบบอนุญาติให้ทำการ Split จำนวนที่นั่งใน 1 ครั้งได้สูงสุดเพียง 49 ที่นั่งเท่านั้น และจากในกรณีตัวอย่างทางด้านบนเอเย่นต์ใช้คำสั่งเพื่อ Split 52 ที่นั่ง ระบบจึงไม่สามารถทำได้

เพราะฉนั้น วิธีแก้ไข ให้ทำการ Split ในจำนวนที่น้อยกว่าแทน เช่น แทนที่จะใช้ SP0.52 ให้ใช้ SP0.13 แทน (13 เอามาจาก 65-52)

ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่ได้จะมีค่าเท่ากัน คือ ได้ PNR 13 ที่นั่งกับ PNR 52 ที่นั่ง ดังตัวอย่างข้างล่าง

จากนั้นใช้คำสั่งในการ Split ตามปกติ คือ RF….;EF และ RF….;ER เป็นอันเสร็จขั้นตอน ได้ PNR ที่มีจำนวนที่นั่ง 13 และ 52 ตามลำดับ
