เอเย่นต์ไม่สามารถออกบัตรโดยสารของสายการบิน MH ได้ จะเห็นว่าการ Price Fare มีการระบุ Passenger Type Code Option คือ GIT (Group Inclusive Tour) ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ให้สังเกตุในหน้า TST ว่า

Pricing Indicator = T (Autopriced Inclusive Tour Fare)

Issue Incicator = I (Inclusive Tour Fare)

หมายเหตุ: จาก Error ที่ได้รับไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกบัตรโดยสารของสายการบิน TG แต่เป็นเพราะระบบออกตั๋วในประเทศไทยใช้ TG Server ดังนั้น Response ที่ได้รับจึงแสดงเป็น TG : XXXXX

Solution:

เนื่องจากระบบในประเทศไทยไม่สามารถออกบัตรโดยสารประเภทนี้ได้ เอเย่นต์จึงจำเป็นที่จะต้องแก้ไข Pricing and Issue Indicator ดังนี้

>TTK/F4880

TTK	Transaction code of Fare Field Update
/F	Slash Followed by the Base Fare Identifier
4880	Full Fare

Pricing Indicator จะเปลี่ยนเป็น M (Manual)

Issue Incicator เปลี่ยนเป็น F

และเอเย่นต์จะสามารถใช้คำสั่งออกตั๋วได้ตามปกติ

ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม: ด้วยวิธีนี้ตั๋วจะสามารกออกได้ แต่แนะนำให้เอเย่นต์ทำการพิมพ์ TST เดิมที่แสดง T Indicator เก็บไว้เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
